For a quick and healthy breakfast or snack, try Easy Chia Seed Smoothie with banana and a combination of frozen fruits including strawberry, mango, and blueberry. Includes easy customization tips!

Frozen fruit: I used a prepared mix of mango, strawberries, and blueberries.

You may use pretty much any frozen fruit mix you choose, including cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and pineapple.

Alternatively, utilize a single variety rather than a combination.

Fresh bananas are preferable, although frozen ones would suffice (a little extra liquid may be required). Replace the banana with 1/2 cup nondairy yogurt.

Plant milk - I used coconut milk in this recipe, but almond, oat, soy, or cashew milk would all work well. You can also use coconut water!

Chia Seeds: Both black and white chia seeds can be utilized. Chia seeds can be found in the baking section of your local supermarket, or you can order them online.
