Chocolate Chia Mousse

This chocolate chia mousse is similar to my basic chia seed pudding recipe, but we combine everything in a high-powered blender to make it mousse-like.

For those who like the nutrient-packed chia pudding but not the seedy texture, try blending it!

Making it is absurdly simple. Rich in nutrients! Chia seeds are rich in fiber and healthy fats. Read: they'll satisfy for hours! Read all chia advantages.

There are many flavor combinations. Pumpkin fans should try this pumpkin chia mousse! Chia pudding makes dessert available 24/7.

It's thick and creamy like pudding, yet it's healthy enough for breakfast, snacks, and dessert. Chia pudding is great for meal prep because it lasts 5-7 days in the fridge!

Blended chocolate chia mousse is distinct from typical EBF chia pudding recipes! Blending chia pudding makes it thicker, creamier, and more like pudding.

Combine all chia pudding ingredients in a blender. Start with low (Vitamix variable) and work up to high.

Blend until chia seeds are practically undetectable and mixture is smooth, scraping blender sides with a spatula.

Chia pudding should be thick and ready to eat, but if you like your chocolate pudding cold, put to a resealable container, cover, and refrigerate for 3–4 hours.
