Green Tahini Protein Shake

Ingredients: – 1 ripe banana – 1 cup spinach leave – 1 tablespoon tahini – 1 scoop vanilla protein powder – 1 tablespoon chia seed

Start by gathering all your ingredients and preparing them for blending. Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks. Measure out the spinach leaves, tahini, protein powder, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup if using, and almond milk

In a blender, combine the ripe banana chunks, spinach leaves, tahini, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup if desired.

Pour in the unsweetened almond milk or your preferred milk alternative to help with blending. You can adjust the amount of liquid based on your desired consistency

If you prefer a colder shake, you can add a handful of ice cubes to the blender as well. This will give your shake a refreshing chill and a thicker texture.

Blend all the ingredients together on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the shake is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
