Jelly Roll Surprises Visit to Grand Ole Opry for Powerful “Almost Home” Duet with Craig Morgan

The Grand Ole Opry crowd was surprised on Wednesday, October 25! The packed house celebrated Craig Morgan's 15th Opry Anniversary and Jelly Roll's visit. Their duet of Craig's “Almost Home” was powerful.  

Jelly Roll has openly acknowledged how the music has affected him, making the moment emotional.  

At a key moment in his life, Jelly Roll visited the Grand Ole Opry and heard Craig Morgan sing “Almost Home.”  

Jelly Roll and Craig Morgan first played the song on the Opry stage in June 2022, performing it emotionally.  

Jelly Roll told the gathering, “Shortly after I got out of jail, I sat right there in row 7 and I cried like a baby and watched him sing.   

I thought, "I want to make people feel like he makes me feel right now."  

Knowing how much that night and song meant to Jelly Roll, Craig Morgan gave her a handwritten copy of the lyrics. Watch the complete video below.
