Us Weekly reports that Justin and Hailey Bieber (née Baldwin) paid $16.6 million on a California property last year.

The Madison Club in Coachella Valley is a celebrity hotspot. Kylie Jenner and Kris Jenner, who own the mansion next door, are among the celebrities who live there.

Apple CEO Tim Cook, Adele, Kourtney Kardashian, Scooter Braun, and Nike founder Phil Knight own Madison Club houses.

In 2019, investor Alan Abady bought the Biebers' new home for $6.3 million. According to Robb Report, Abady added a gigantic infinity pool, sports court, AstroTurf lawns,

a rear fire-pit, detached guesthouse, a four-car garage, and two motor courts with space for nearly a dozen cars to the property over four years.

Since the sale was off-market, details and images are few, although the mansion is approximately 10,000 square feet with seven bedrooms and nine baths. The 1.02-acre property has Italian cypresses along its driveway for solitude.

A Tom Fazio–designed golf course, spa, five-star dining, hiking trail, clubhouse, and more all included in Justin and Hailey's $1,652 monthly HOA fees at The Madison Club.

La Quinta is fewer than 200 miles east of the Biebers' $25 million Beverly Hills villa, which has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a home movie theater.
