Half a cup of Greek yogurt made with full milk. One-third of a cup of pumpkin puree from a can

One-third of a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice two to three teaspoons of pure maple syrup

In a blender, combine the following ingredients: banana, almond milk (or another type of nut milk), yogurt, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Blend until it is completely smooth.
