Rebel Wilson claims are addressed by Sacha Baron Cohen's representative.

Rebel Wilson claims Sacha Baron Cohen tried to sabotage her memoir, “Rebel Rising.” In 2016, Wilson and Cohen featured in “The Brothers Grimsby”.

“I will not be bullied or silenced with high priced lawyer or PR crisis managers,” Wilson posted on Instagram stories Monday. "Sacha Baron Cohen is the ‘a**hole’ I mention in one chapter of my book."

Wilson wrote on social media: “He’s trying to stop press coming out about my new book. But the book will be published and you will know the truth.”

Wilson's posts about Baron Cohen were vague. A spokesman for the comedian and actor denied Wilson's charges to CNN.

We appreciate the importance of speaking out, but these demonstrably false claims are directly contradicted by extensive detailed evidence, including contemporaneous documents, film footage,

and eyewitness accounts from those present before, during, and after The Brothers Grimsby production,” the spokesperson said.

When I initially arrived in Hollywood, many said, ‘I have a no a**hole policy, means I don’t work with a**holes.’ I said, "Oh yeah." It seems sensible or logical. I worked with a huge a**hole, so that really sunk in, and now I certainly have a no-a**holes policy, Wilson stated in an Instagram video earlier this month.

Wilson told UK Marie Claire in 2016 that Baron Cohen wanted her to record a nude scene in “The Brothers Grimsby,” which she declined.
