I'm passionate for strawberries! Every year, I buy these as soon as they become available in stores. And I never stop creating and baking strawberry-based foods. 

From muffins to smoothies. Fresh, in salads or wonderful pastries. I can honestly tell that I enjoy this fruit throughout the entire season.

This Strawberry Ginger Smoothie Bowl is one of my favorites for spring. It's very delicious.

. Refreshing, creamy, and extremely sweet. AND it has that distinct ginger zing.

It is also LOADED with potent nutrients that benefit our health and immune system. Amazing, right?!

Well, smoothie bowls are a truly great food. It's exactly like a conventional smoothie, but with a considerably thicker foundation.
